Tan Sri Dato' Ir. (Dr.) Wan Abdul Rahman Bin Haji Wan Yaacob obtained his Diploma in Civil Engineering from the Technical College, Kuala Lumpur in 1963, Diploma in Civil & Structural from Brighton College of Technology, United Kingdom, in 1965 and attended the Advanced Management Programme of Harvard Business School, Boston, Massachusetts, USA in 1993. He was conferred an Honorary Doctor of Engineering by The University of Birmingham, United Kingdom in 1993. He was with the Ministry of Works for 32 years, where he served the last six (6) years as the Director-General of Public Works Department (PWD) before his retirement in 1996.
His current Chairmanships also include Disitu Holdings Sdn Bhd. Before this, his chairmanships were in IJM Corporation Berhad, Lingkaran Trans Kota Holdings Berhad (LITRAK), Lysaght Galvanised Steel Berhad, IJM Construction Sdn Bhd, Lingkaran Trans Kota Sdn Bhd, Northport (Malaysia) Bhd, Mechanalysis Sdn Bhd, PTRG Group Sdn Bhd, DEMC Management Sdn Bhd, Malaysia International Merchant banker Berhad (MIMB), Polyaire conditioning Sdn Bhd, Forenede Plast (M) Sdn Bhd & ITS Konsortium Sdn Bhd.
His previous directorship in other public and private companies include Saujana Consolidated Berhad, MMC Corporation Berhad, NCB Holdings Berhad, Bank of America Berhad, Malaysia Industrial Development Finance Berhad, Syarikat Perumahan Pegawai-Pegawai Kerajaan Sdn Bhd and PTRG (M) Sdn Bhd.
He was a Council member of The Road Engineering Association of Asia & Australasia (REAAA), former President of the Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation (CIHT) (Malaysia Branch), and The Road Engineering Association of Malaysia (REAM). He was the Vice-President of the Kuala Lumpur Lawn Tennis Association. At present, Malay Cricket Association of Malaysia.
His involvement in Government Bodies includes being a member of the Board of Trustees for the Telekom Malaysia Foundation, Sultan Iskandar Institute and Malaysia Productivity Corporation, Chairman of Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) Integrity in the Construction Industry, Council Member of University Technology Malaysia (UTM), Chancellor of University College TATI (UC TATI), Chancellor of Infrastructure University Kuala Lumpur (IUKL) and Director of Proton Foundation.
Ahmad Jauhari bin Yahya, aged 66 a Malaysian holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from University of Nottingham, United Kingdom.
He started his career with ESSO Malaysia Berhad before joining The New Straits Times Press (M) Berhad, where he rose to the rank of Senior Group General Manager, Production and Circulation in 1990. He then joined Time Engineering Berhad as Deputy Managing Director in 1992 and subsequently made Managing Director within the same year. He then served as Managing Director of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad before taking the role of Managing Director of Malakoff Berhad in 1994 till 2010.
After 2010, he was the Board Director at Malaysia Airport Holdings Berhad and the Chairman of Destination Resorts and Hotel Sdn Bhd.
He was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer of Malaysia Airlines on 19 September 2011. He is a member of the Board and sits on various Board Committees and Boards of various subsidiaries within the Group of Companies. He stepped down from the role of Group Chief Executive Officer of Malaysia Airlines on 30 April 2015 but remained on the Board as a Non-Executive Director till December 2015.
He was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Taliworks Corporation Berhad on 2 July 2015, Director of Cenergi SEA Sdn Bhd on 28 October 2015 and Executive Director of Cenergi SEA Sdn Bhd on 12 August 2016 and also Non-Executive Director of Sapura Resources Berhad on 19 January 2016.
He has vast and diverse working experience in various industries which includes oil and gas, media publications, power generation, gas utilities, telecommunications and IT.
He is also not new in managing organizations on the international front as he had served as Director and Chairman of Executive Committee of Central Electricity Generation Company Limited (Jordan), Director of Shuaibah Independent Water and Power (IWPP) in Saudi Arabia and Director of Souk Tieta Independent Water Project (IWP) in Algeria.
He is also the founder member of the former President of the Penjanabebas (Association of Independent Power Producer of Malaysia)

Dato’ Ir. Dr. Dennis Ganendra, Chief Executive Officer of Minconsult, has an engineering career spanning over 30 years. He has managed gifted professionals in local and international projects including the delivery of: highways, ports, airports, railways, power plants, petro-chemical plants, industrial plants, high rise buildings, water treatment plants and sewage treatment plants. Minconsult has advised consecutive Malaysian governments and numerous governments internationally. It has developed as a major international engineering force with projects from international funding agencies such as Asian Development Bank (ADB), World Bank (WB), Islamic Development Bank (IDB) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), multi-national corporations and foreign governments covering over 25 countries in 5 continents.
Dato’ Dennis is a pioneering developer of Renewable Energy (RE) projects and is the founder of the Timeless Green Group of Companies (TG), a multi-resource RE group with Solar, Biogas and Hydro concessions across the ASEAN region. TG is one of the largest Rooftop solar Developers in South East Asia and has successfully developed Solar projects in Malaysia and the Philippines.
He is a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers, UK; Fellow of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia and Fellow of Institution of Highways and Transportation.
He was Honorary Secretary General of The Road Engineering Association of Asia and Australasia (1998 – 2006) and is currently a Council Member. He served as a Director and Audit Committee Member of the Construction Industry Development Board, Malaysia (CIDB) and as a Trustee of the Construction Research Institute, Malaysia (CREAM) (2000 – 2008).
He is a graduate of Cambridge University and was awarded a Cambridge University Open Scholarship and a Queen’s Jubilee Scholarship (Institute of Civil Engineers (U.K.)). He has a Master of Science in soil mechanics (with Distinction) and received his doctorate on ‘Finite Element Analysis Laterally Loaded Piles’(1994), from Imperial College, U.K. He has published and presented numerous papers in international journals and at international conferences on a variety of topics.

Dato' Sri Ir. Dr. Roslan Bin Md Taha holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne, United Kingdom (UK). He obtained his Master of Science in Civil Environmental Engineering from University of Liverpool, UK in 1991 and PhD in Environment from University of Wales, Aberystwyth, UK in 1999. He had been with Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR) for more than 36 years, where he served the last two and a half (2 1/2) years as Director-General of JKR before his retirement in March 2019.
As Director-General of JKR, Dato' Sri Ir. Dr. Roslan also served as Board Member of various bodies and Government Link Companies including Malaysian Highway Authority (LLM), Pembinaan BLT Sdn Bhd, Malaysia Qualification Agency and Jambatan Kedua Sdn Bhd.
Dato' Sri Ir. Dr. Roslan is a registered Professional Engineer and Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate (PEPC) with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM), an Honorary Member with the Institution of Engineers Malaysia (IEM), an Honorary Fellow with ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organisations (AFEO) and President of Malaysian Structural Steel Association (MSSA). During his tenureship as the Director-General of JKR, he was also the President of BEM, President of Road Engineering Association of Malaysia (REAM), Vice President of Road Engineering Association Asia and Australasia (REAAA), First Delegate Malaysia to World Road Association (PIARC), Chairman of Malaysian National Monitoring Committee to International Engineering Alliance and Chairman of the Network of Accreditation Bodies for Engineering Education in Asia (NABEEA).
In the academic sector, Dato' Sri Ir. Dr. Roslan is an Industry Panel Advisor for Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia. He is also a Director in TRX City Sdn Bhd and a member in the Development Committee for Institut Jantung Negara and Bank Negara Malaysia.
Under his leadership, he successfully completed the Building Sector Energy Efficiency Projects (BSEEP) entrusted by the UNDP and Government of Malaysia from 2014 till 2016. Integrated Management Systems (IMS) comprising Quality ISO 9001, Environment ISO 14001, Safety and Health ISO 18001 and Energy Management System ISO 50001 were also introduced during his tenureship.

Ir. Abdul Jamil Bin Mohd Hassan obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil & Structural Engineering from University College Cardiff (UK) in 1980. While in Cardiff, he gained job experience as a Trainee Site Engineer with Christiani & Nielsen Ltd. Upon graduation, he started his career with the Malaysian Drainage and Irrigation Department as a Design Engineer, where he gained experience in irrigation systems & related structures for agriculture, river protection systems, and flood abatement systems.
Thereafter, he joined Minconsult Sdn Bhd as a Civil Engineer in the Structures Division, where he undertook two (2) major projects; as an Assistant Construction Engineer for the Port Klang Power Station – Phase II and Civil Engineer for the Shah Alam Town Centre Project. Later, Ir. Abdul Jamil joined Telesistem Sdn Bhd as an Assistant General Manager, responsible for telecommunications system installations, both underground and on high towers. He later became a Director of Kumpulan Telesistem Sdn Bhd the Holding Company of the telecommunication group.
Ir. Abdul Jamil has been a Director of Minconsult Sdn Bhd since 1995. He is the director responsible for project securement and implementation in the Middle East and Central Asia. He has been the Project Director for numerous prestigious Malaysian and International projects, such as the Jabal Omar Development and Madinah LRT Project; and Central Stations Development Project in Saudi Arabia.

Ir. Ros Shamsiah Binti Muda obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Nottingham (UK) in 1982. Upon graduation, she joined the Malaysian Public Works Department (PWD) and during her 15 years tenure, she gained extensive experience in Design, Project Management and Contract Administration. She started her career in PWD as an Electrical Engineer in the Design Office and later became the Deputy Director / Project Manager for the Electrical Division at the PWD Head Office. She has carried out design works for numerous projects of varying scopes and complexities from schools, electrical installation on roads, water supply system and building electrical installations.
She has been the Project Director for many prestigious projects in Malaysia, specialising in various fields of engineering, including Taman Beringin Transfer Station, Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur - first and largest Solid Waste Transfer Station in South East Asia. Ir. Ros Shamsiah Muda is actively pursuing projects internationally and she was the Co-Project Director of the Jabal Omar Development and Madinah LRT Project; and Central Station Development Project in Saudi Arabia.
She was the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Minconsult for one and a half years and she led, established and controlled the operational strategies, plans and measures as well as drive operational excellence, efficiency, cost saving, expansion, effective stakeholder management and revenue generation to meet the organization’s mission, vision and aspirations.
As a Director of Minconsult Sdn Bhd, she is responsible to the Board of Directors as to the Performance of the Company. She is responsible for projects securement until implementation in the Middle East and Central Asia.
Ir. Ros Shamsiah Binti Muda is a Professional Engineer with Practising Certificate registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia since 1987. She is also an honorary member of ASEAN Engineer Register (AER), APEC Engineer Register and EMF International Engineer Register, while a member of ASEAN Federation Engineering Organisation (AFEO), Association of Consulting Engineers Malaysia, Malaysian Water Association (MWA), International Water Association (IWA) and The Institution of Electrical Engineers of UK (IEE).

Dato’ Major (R.) Ir. Wan Razali Bin Wan Muda obtained his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Technologi Malaysia in 1977. He started his career with the ROYAL MALAYSIAN AIR FORCE (RMAF) as a Training Officer and was later promoted to Officer in-Charge of Aircraft Overhaul Department, Engineering Services Division and Technical Representative for the A-4 Skyhawk Project. He served the RMAF for eight and a half years, attaining the rank of Major.
In 1985, he joined AIROD Sdn Bhd as the Superintendent of Quality Assurance. Later, in 1986, he joined Daya Urus Sdn Bhd as a Senior Manager where he supervised the management and systematic maintenance of high-rise buildings managed by that company. Some of the prestigious buildings were Daya Bumi Complex, in Kuala Lumpur and Wisma Darul Iman in Terengganu. Subsequently, he spent two (2) years as a plant manager with Permint Mineral Sdn Bhd, the only gold mining outfit in Rusila, Terengganu.
He expanded his career with MTD Group of Companies in 1994 and was entrusted to manage the Company fleet operation in heavy machineries and highway consultancy. He later led the group Tollways Division which took charge of tolled highway concession of Kuala Lumpur – Karak Highway, East-Coast Expressway Phase 1 and East-West Link of KL-Seremban Expressway for 6 consecutive years. During his involvement with highway concessionaires, he was appointed as the honorary secretary for Persatuan Syarikat-syarikat Konsesi Lebuhraya Malaysia. He retired in April 2014, after 20 years serving the group in various capacities and positions.
Currently, he is the Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Lysaght Galvanized Steel Berhad and an Independent Non-Executive Director of MTD ACPI Engineering Berhad, both of which are public listed companies. He also sits as Director in few other engineering and construction companies.
Gs Trudy Ranjini Ganendra graduated from University of Cambridge in 1997 with a Masters of Engineering and In 1999, she obtained a Masters of Science from Imperial College in Environmental Engineering. She has published / presented numerous papers in international journals and at international conferences on a variety of topics.
Trudy R Ganendra is one of the pioneering developers of Airborne LiDAR Survey Projects in Malaysia and she is the Managing Director of Ground Data Solutions R&D Sdn Bhd (GDS), a Malaysian-owned high-tech LiDAR survey and mapping service provider which has been providing accurate and cost efficient maps and mapping products to a broad range of clients in Malaysia and South East Asia since 1991. To date, she has successfully executed more than 100 projects both local and overseas. She is responsible for the daily operations in both business and operational capacities. Her business responsibilities encompass corporate policies, financial analysis and strategic relations. The operational aspects involve bidding, planning and execution as well as reporting and client liaison.
She is an active member of Institute of Engineers Malaysia, Institution of Geospatial and Remote Sensing Malaysia and American Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing. In recognition of her contribution to Institution of Geospatial and Remote Sensing Malaysia, she received the title Geospatialist (Gs), in 2015.
