• Coordinate and manage internal training
• Update and compile training hours
• Provide monthly training progress report for management
• Plan and coordinate Lunch Talks
• Update and monitor training calendar
• Source for external training and provide training proposal
• Coordinate Mentor Mentee Activities
• Coordinate and manage Internship
• Plan and organize Orientation Program for new joiners
• Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc duties as and when necessary
Requirement:
• Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in Learning Development.
• Excellent command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (written & verbal)
• Well versed with Microsoft Office
• Analytical and systematic
• Able to work on a timely basis
• Good communication skills
• Meticulous with good eye for details
