Senior Engineer (Civil & Structure)

Job Description:

1. General

• Have experience in handle small to medium sized projects such as Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT), Coal-Fired Power Plants, Cogeneration Plant and Large-Scale Solar as well as transport hub or station and Industrial Structure projects as assigned by GM of Division with guidance by superior.
• Lead a team of engineers and other staff in undertaking multi-disciplinary small to medium sized project with the guidance of assigned superior.
• Perform all necessary duties from the preliminary/conceptual design stage until project completion as listed in the following sections with guidance by superior.
• Assist superior on bigger sized projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering recognized by Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM)
• Registered with BEM as a Graduate Engineer
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a consultancy environment
• Able to handle typical and small to medium sized Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT)/Thermal, Coal-Fired Power Plants, Cogeneration Plant and Large-Scale Solar as well as transport hub or station and Industrial Structure projects with minimal guidance
• Able to lead a team of engineers and other staff in undertaking small to medium sized multi-disciplinary project with minimal guidance

• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workloads and meet timelines.

• Good inter-personal skills. A good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English. Able to write and speak Bahasa Malaysia
