A. Job Description:

Lead a team of transit system engineers which includes Malaysian and international personnel who are experts in their individual fields.
Manage client expectations.
Manage resources to meet deliverables requirements.
Manage interfaces between each sub system expert.
Review and check work that are in compliance with system assurance requirements.
Review the overall program of the project and highlight potential delays.
Be familiar with various energy sources which includes hydrogen.
Manage the development of operation and maintenance plans.
Coordinate the interfaces between transit system and other road traffic at intersections.

B. Prerequisites:

Degree in Engineering recognized by Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM).
Registered with BEM as a Professional Engineer.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a consultancy environment
Able to work independently for typical types and sizes of projects comprising Civil Engineering Services of Building and Infrastructure Works of Earthworks, Roads Drainage, Sewerage & Water Supply.
Able to lead a team of engineers and other staff in undertaking medium to large scale multi-disciplinary project.
Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize workloads and meet timelines.
Good inter-personal skills and outcome driven. A good team player.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Able to write and speak Bahasa Malaysia.
