On June 21, 2023, Minconsult’s Power Talk series on “Quantity Surveyor’s Roles and Responsibilities” took place virtually via MS Teams. The event gathered a total of 94 participants, all of whom were Minconsult staff members.
This edition of the series was particularly noteworthy as it provided an opportunity for Anilah Hanun bt Kamal Zaim, a young Graduate Quantity Surveyor, to share her knowledge and take the stage as the speaker.
Objectives of Presentation
This presentation provides an overview of the key services offered by a Quantity Surveyor, including cost estimation and planning, tender documentation, contract administration, valuation of work in progress, and financial reporting.
