Key Significance of the Project
To upgrade the existing Kuantan By-pass Road by widening the existing 2-lane single carriageway to dual 2-lane carriageway and improving junctions by providing two interchanges and signalizations. The total length of the road to be upgraded is 38 km with 6 bridges of total length of 520m and also includes pavement evaluation & strengthening, evaluation & remedial works of existing bridge structures and extensive utility relocation works.
