Corporate Affairs Executive

Job Description

  • Arrange and follow up on the Internal Business Meetings involving the Minconsult Leadership Team and the Senior Management.
  • Assist supervisor in organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results of all meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting notices, agendas and minutes for meetings.
  • Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations etc.
  • Prepare the yearly corporate calendar.
  • Monitor and track the monthly events in the corporate calendar to ensure PIC’s complete their action in a timely manner.
  • Prepare the yearly MLT portfolios, KPIs and progress
  • Manage corporate affairs department’s diary and schedule meetings for supervisor.
  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Filing, updating and maintaining properly documents for Corporate Affairs department.
  • Performing other tasks as required by management and company.
  • Assist Minconsult Transformation Office.

Requirement

  • Possess a recognized degree in Business Studies/ Administration/ Economics/ Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years working experience in similar capacity.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience in preparing spreadsheets and presentations, Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • A mature personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure.
  • A multitasker with the ability to handle pressure, solve tough problems and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Completeness, accuracy, and punctuality of reports and other assignments.
  • A Good analytical mind, able to analyze data and statistics and translate results into better solutions.
  • Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge.
  • Good command of written and spoken English. Able to write and speak Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficiency in Mandarin as an added advantage
