Structural Engineer ( Highrise & Structural Projects )

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in highrise and structural projects, demonstrating exceptional technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of engineering principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and analysis of structural systems for highrise buildings and other complex structures.
• Develop detailed engineering plans, specifications, and calculations for structural projects.
• Oversee and review the work of junior engineers and draftspersons, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
• Utilize advanced engineering software and tools to simulate, model, and analyze structural behavior.
• Prepare technical reports, feasibility studies, and documentation for regulatory submissions and client presentations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on highrise buildings and complex structures.
• Proficient in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, TEKLA, PROTA, SAFE, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, Revit).
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
