- Lead and manage the project team in the planning, design review, construction supervision, and completion of road projects
- Act as Team Leader / Chief Resident Engineer, providing strategic direction and technical oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, contractual obligations, and applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and approve technical documents, drawings, method statements, and progress reports.
- Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and schedule, and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and performance management to engineering and site supervision staff.
- Represent the project in meetings and provide clear, professional communication with all parties.
Key requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering – preferably master’s in Civil Engineering / Highway Engineering / Transportation Engineering / Construction Management / Project Management or equivalent.
- Preferably 15 years’ experience as Resident Engineer and preferably 10 years as Chief Resident Engineer / Team Leader / Project Manager on road projects.
- Preferably minimum 5 years having Overseas / International Experience.
