To review and rationalize proposed projects to meet the requirements of demand and cost effectiveness.

The study included review of previous studies, define policy issues, macro-economic studies, supply studies of rail, road, ports and airports, traffic forecasting of rail, road, ports and airport demand, financial modeling, tariff reviews, urban transport, Sabah & Sarawak transportation issues, and recommendations.
