Key Significance of the Project
The new high efficiency power plant is built on the same site as the TNB’s demolished Prai Power Plant, comprising of 2 blocks of single shaft combined cycle gas turbines that utilise the most efficient H-class technology gas turbine (SGT5-8000H) with a block efficiency of approximately 60%
