Minconsult’s foray into Airport Development started with the establishment of Airports Division in 1971.
The Government of Malaysia has appointed Global Upline Sdn Bhd in September 2004 for the redevelopment of Kuching International Airport to cater for unrestricted operation of B747 aircraft.
Recommendations were made on expenditures and investment levels required over the plan period, priorities for new airport development, master planning studies, implementation schedules and overall development programme and phased upgrading of services and facilities.
The new Sibu airport was originally planned to serve A300 aircrafts and Minconsult in association with PRC Speas of USA completed the designs and tender documents in 1985. However due to funding constraints, Minconsult was commissioned to redesign the new airport to serve only B737 aircraft operations
The Government of Malaysia, in year 2002, intends to redevelop the airport at Alor Setar to handle aircraft up to and including the Airbus 330 aircraft.
Other works under the scope included for airfield ground lighting, instrument landing system, arrestor gear, and the relocation of navaids and comaids equipment to the new air traffic control tower

Construction of 31.8 KM elevated highway from Sungai Besi to Ulu Kelang. . The mainline starts from the existing Shah Alam Highway (KESAS) at Bukit Jalil in the South and ends at Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2) at Ulu Kelang in the North.
Construction of all infrastructure works including trackworks, earthworks, geotechnical, drainage, rail and road bridge and stabling lines for an electrified double track project of length 68km and of design speed 160 km/h between Bidor and Ipoh.

The proposed BRT – Sunway Line will involve construction of elevated 2 lane busway (one lane in each direction) from KTMB Setia Jaya to LRT USJ 6 (Station No. 7) at Persiaran Kewajipan opposite Sime Darby. The proposed line will consist of 7 halts and approximately 5.4km of Busway.
The bridge consist of 24m single span pedestrian crossing bridge structure with steel truss and bracing for superstructure while having reinforced concrete beams and columns with staircases for substructure
