Job Description
- Perform a full range/scope of Quantity Surveying, including tender preparation, estimation, quantities take-off, and claim preparation.
- To be fully in charge of BQ, materials computation and contracts preparation.
- To prepare project budgets and cost analysis.
- Develop and manage tender documents, tender reports, quotation costing, and contract documents.
- To ensure timely handling and certification of on-going project claims and payments including VOs and EOTs.
- To ensure smooth communication and coordination with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor and ensure that all variation orders are properly recorded and claims documented accordingly
- Attend site meetings as required by management.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Quantity Surveying or equivalents
- 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in a quantity surveying, preferably within the construction industry
- Proficiency in Mandarin as an added advantage
