Key Significance of the Project
RedQ comprised a 6-storey office block including 3 levels of parking on a 4.8 acres site next to KLIA2.  It is the home of AirAsia’s global headquarters. The site comprised up to 7m thick fill underlain by a thick soft to very soft clay stratum
