The proposed of “Cukai Sentral” Development was approved in 2019 and is an importance for the “Majlis Perbandaran Kemaman” (MPK) as its development involves the public interest in providing more planned and integrated facilities in terms of operation and convenience of traders and visitors. The development involves of combined modern bus and taxi terminal components, modern market and commercial complexes, and public recreation sites.
