The proposed upgrade for the Turtle Conservatory in Cherating, Malaysia aims to create a cutting-edge facility for sea turtle conservation and public education. The plan includes constructing an open-viewing turtle pond, where visitors can observe nesting turtles in their natural habitat. An indoor gallery will house interactive exhibits, fostering awareness and understanding of sea turtles and their ecosystems.

Additionally, a state-of-the-art research center will support ongoing scientific studies to better protect these endangered creatures. The project’s comprehensive approach combines conservation, education, and research, positioning the conservatory as a leading institution for marine preservation in the region.
