The Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS) was established in 1964 under the Selangor State Development Corporation Enactment. PKNS is a statutory body and development agency of Selangor with its main visions for economic distribution and socio-economic growth to create stability, harmony, and social justice for the state of Selangor.
 
In line with PKNS’s main objective of development strategies, PKNS has decided to develop the existing site for KGSS Golf Club to a more competitive development and meet the current needs. Therefore, a new golf club needs to be developed in meeting the needs and facilities of KGSS. In addition, in accordance with the current situation, a 2-Storey Clubhouse Complex Facility has been proposed and will be detailed in the proposed application.

As the Consultant for this project, Minconsult is involved in the Master Planning Stage including the establishment of the preliminary engineering or technical requirements with respect to general earthworks and platforming, internal roads, access routes to and from the project site, internal drainage, water supply and sewerage. Autodesk Civil 3D has been used as the main BIM Authoring Tools for the Civil and Infrastructures modelling and Autodesk Revit MEP to complete the electrical components of the new clubhouse complex with up to LOD 200.
