Selangor State Development Corporation (PKNS), the owner of the abovementioned project has appointed Urban Scale as a Town Planning development to prepare overall Masterplan and obtain KM Approval for the proposed Kota Puteri Industrial Parks, Kota Puteri, Mukim Rawang Selangor Darul Ehsan.

Urban Scale as a Client ‘s Town Planning has invited MINCONSULT SDN BHD as the Consultant to submit a proposal for the Civil & Structural engineering design and construction supervision for one or more phases of the project. The LOD 300 is the expected BIM deliverables.

As the Consultant for this project, Minconsult is involved in the Master Planning Stage including the establishment of the preliminary engineering or technical requirements with respect to general earthworks and platforming, internal roads, access routes to and from the project site, internal drainage, water supply and sewerage. Autodesk Civil 3D has been used as the main BIM Authoring Tools for the Civil and Infrastructures modelling and Autodesk Revit MEP to complete the mechanical, piping, plumbing and electrical components for the entire development.
