The Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (PKNS) has established this project to be one of the BIM initiatives for local developments.

Minconsult has been awarded to provide a suitable mechanical and electrical engineering design based on the condition of the land, architectural and environmental design in the form of 2D CAD drawings and 3D Revit models.

The BIM deliverables has been set to Level of Development (LOD) 300 & 450.
