The new Rumah Kediaman Angkatan Tentera (RKAT) Pusat Hidrografi Nasional building main requirement is to run the latest & reliable ICT services to ensure that the continuity of the operation is not compromised and can be implemented in an orderly and efficient manner. The models of the Quarters and Ancillary Buildings are compliance to JKR BIM requirements. This includes embodiment of proper information and parametric relationship in accordance with good engineering practice. During the development of detail design stage, Minconsult and the architect organise the Design Coordination process for the Federated BIM Model. Minconsult has been able to produce Tender Drawings and Construction Drawings generated from the Coordinated Design Model.

For this project, Minconsult has been assigned to take charge in the Electrical Discipline up to LOD 300. All electrical BIM models, CAD drawings and elements/components
