This project is a Federal Government project under the allocation of the Ministry of Rural and Regional Development with the aim of providing a network of rural road structures to improve the socio-economic status of the surrounding residents. The project was approved under RMK-12, RP-3 in 2023. The project location is located in Tumpat District, Kelantan.

The proposed bridge is the only bridge that will connect Pulau Teluk Renjuna and the nearby islands to Bandar Tumpat, Kelantan. During this time, the residents around Teluk Renjuna Island only used water transportation as the main medium to reach Bandar Tumpat by crossing the Kelantan River which has a width of more than 150m. This bridge will be the first and main land road for residents from around Pulau Teluk Renjuna to Bandar Tumpat.

The main BIM solutions for this proposal is Autodesk InfraWorks at LOD 200.
